Terms of Service – Pullrow

Last updated: October 24, 2026 · Operator: Han Chang (張瀚), Taiwan · support@formchime.com

Effective date: 2026-10-24

1. The service

Pullrow ("the add-on") is a Google Sheets add-on that reads time entries from your Toggl Track account and writes them into a Google spreadsheet you use it in. By installing or using it you agree to these terms.

2. Your accounts

You need your own Google account and Toggl Track account and must follow their terms. You are responsible for keeping your Toggl API token secret and for who you share your spreadsheets with.

3. Plans and payment

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the add-on to break the law, to access data you are not allowed to access, or to overload Toggl's or Google's services.

5. Your data

Your data stays in your Toggl account and your spreadsheet; see the Privacy Policy. When you import again, the add-on clears the contents of the data sheet it created before writing the new rows. Keep your own work on other sheets.

6. Third-party services

The add-on depends on Toggl's API and Google Apps Script. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for their availability, limits (for example Toggl's hourly API quota) or changes, which may stop features from working.

7. No warranty

The add-on is provided "as is". Check imported figures before you use them for invoices, payroll or other important decisions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the add-on is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it.

9. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the add-on and will post changes on this page. You may stop using the add-on at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). The Taiwan Taipei District Court has jurisdiction as the court of first instance. This does not deprive consumers of protection under mandatory laws of their country of residence.
