How does the free trial work?: The 14-day free trial includes every Pro feature and needs no card. You are never charged automatically. It starts the first time you open the add-on. From 3 days before it ends through the last day, the sidebar shows a reminder; when the trial ends, it tells you once. We do not send email. If you do not subscribe, the add-on returns to the Free plan: data you already imported stays in your spreadsheet, the daily update is turned off (turn it on again after you subscribe), new imports are limited to the Free plan (last 30 days, manual), and report sheets stay exactly as they are (creating new ones needs Pro).
Can I cancel?: Yes, at any time from the customer portal. Pro stays active until the end of the current period.
Refunds: Full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Later monthly renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the current period. Annual renewals can be refunded in full within 7 days after the renewal. After a refund the license key is deactivated; your spreadsheet data is not affected. Contact support@formchime.com.
Does Pro change what data leaves my account?: Only a license-key check is added: your key is sent to our payment provider to confirm it is valid. No spreadsheet or Toggl data is sent.
